Our East Dallas, TX client, an engineering firm, is seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their small team on a contract basis. There is strong potential for this to become a contract to hire position. This position requires confidentiality, dependability and a high level of experience with financial software.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare client invoices and accounts payable/receivable.
Prepare internal financial reports.
Provide tax records to outside CPA.
Process payroll with ADP.
Process employee reimbursements.
Other administrative tasks may be assigned.
Requirements:
2-5 years bookkeeping including A/P, A/R, invoicing, payroll, and some analysis
Wind2 software experience is highly preferred but will consider someone with similar software experience who is a quick learner
Some college coursework
High attention to detail
Friendly personality with ability to adapt well to a small office
Flexible with responsibilties and able to handle administrative tasks if needed
