An organic produce wholesale distributor is looking for full time office support. In this position you would b responsible for office organization (answering telephones, taking messages, office supplies, office documents) and also responsible for assisting our Controller. As an accounting assistant you will receive invoices from vendors, review and adjust invoices as necessary, review AR report and contact customers regarding outstanding balances, file customer invoices, etc. Eligible candidates for this position should be professional, have strong computer skills, and a positive demeanor. As our receptionist you are truly our "Director of First Impressions." Hours of this position are generally 7-8am to 3-4pm. Full benefits after 90 days.
