Our South Ft. Worth, TX client is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative/Data Entry clerk.
This person will make outbound calls and utilize Excel for data entry. This is a long term contract position. Immediate start.
Duties:
* Make outbound calls to municipalities for information relating to permits
* Utilize Excel for data entry of information gathered
* Log information into company portal
* Maintain a professional attitude through each conversation.
* Hours are flexible. Monday-Friday 7-4, 8-5, or 9-6.
Requirements:
* Professional
* Great phone etiquette
* Persistent and self motivated
* Excel
* Outstanding communication skills.
* GED or High School diploma
* Must be punctual.
