      Our Fort Worth, TX client is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Administrative Assistant on a 4 week contract basis.

      Job Responsibilities:
      Support brokers in production activities (both sales and leasing)
      Support division President on a day to day basis
      Coordinate and obtain information from other departments to complete assignments
      Generate and edit personnel documents including associate and consulting agreements
      Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems
      Order and arrange for installation of real estate signage
      Prepare and submit expense reports
      Coordinate meetings including organization and preparation
      Plan company events
      Mailing and shipping including USPS/UPS/Fedex
      Assist with completion and editing of various types of real estate forms and documents
      Maintain detailed property listing with over 125 properties

      Ability to prioritize a multitude of submittals
      Minimum of three years recent experience working as a Commercial Real Estate Assistant
      Prior experience using CoStar and Loopnet highly preferred
      Ability to utilize office equipment including scanners, printers, photocopiers, presentation binding equipment, postage equipment
      Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and work under pressure to meet deadlines
      Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong ability in Excel and Outlook.
      Ability to execute and troubleshoot mail merges in MS Word
      Understanding of utilizing hyperlinks in documents and email
      Ability to manage multiple calendars in Outlook and maintain contacts
      Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment
      Basic mathematical skills
      Ability to navigate internal company computer network to retrieve, store documents, create folders and locate and maintain electronic files
