Industry/Environment: Event Planning (Stable Company with room to move up to executive positions)
Responsibilities:
• Actively involved in all aspects of approved events from, making schedules, organizing the entertainment, choosing vendors, selecting menus, making arrangements for accommodation, arranging transportation and also creation and distribution of marketing material
• Maintain a detailed client records, process transactions, payments and wages
• Communicate and coordinate with employees at all levels of the organization , report to CEO
