Job Duties:
The Ideal candidate will have background in collection calls and customer service. Will be making calls to current clients to follow up on invoices gathering info:
• Where and when they received invoice
• Where they are in the payment process
• When payment can be expected.
This position will also be responsible to log calls into system. Candidate must have good computer skills, customer service skills and great phone personality. Candidate must be very detail oriented.
Job Location: Plano, TX

Salary: $13-$15/Hour plus Performance Bonuses

Hours: Full Time M-F
