German Pinscher - Phoebe - Medium - Young - Female - Dog
PHOEBE was rescued by a Good Samaritan who traveled past the same empty house to and from work each day where she saw Phoebe tied to a tree with wire. Upon investigating she learned that the people had moved and left Phoebe.
Phoebe is approximately 14-18 months of age and weighs 40 pounds. Her ancestry is largely a puzzle, but after scouring breed pictures, we believe Phoebe is a mix of German Pinscher (not Doberman) and possibly a terrier of some kind. Amazingly, this precious young girl is the most affectionate and loving dog you'll ever meet! She loves people of all ages and plays with three other dogs in her foster home. Phoebe is very active and would benefit from having an equally active "buddy" in her new home. For more information, please email [email removed] .
