Labrador Retriever - Sanctuary - Bubbie - Large - Senior - Male
Bubbie is one of our beloved Sanctuary dogs, born in 2004. Please consider helping to support him in our Sanctuary Program: goodshepherdrescueofnorthtexas.chipin.com Poor Bubbie! His mother is a purebred GSD, his father is unknown. He is a victim of what we in rescue call "BBD" (Big Black Dog) that causes him to be overlooked all the time. All his brothers and sisters went to their new homes years ago & he is still waiting for a home of his own. Unfortunately, mixed breed dogs don't place well in a purebred rescue. What a terrible dilemma for this shy, sweet natured boy. We require that all potential adopters submit a Pre-Adoption Application before we can arrange for them to meet any of our dogs. The format for the application is located at the bottom of our homepage: http://www.petfinder.com/shelters/TX274.html We keep our website very current and remove dogs if they are adopted or have an adoption pending as we realize how disappointing it is to think you've found the perfect companion only to learn they are no longer available. If a dog is listed on our "Adoptable Pets" page, we are currently accepting applications for their adoption.
