Required
• Recent remote (phone-based) service desk and customer service experience of at least 18 months
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team Player
• Quick Study – must learn proactively and quickly
• Flexibility
• Strong Windows Windows 7 troubleshooting
• Some Windows XP, Vista OS troubleshooting
• Highly knowledgeable in Microsoft Office 2010, troubleshooting, and “how-to”, including Outlook client
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office 2007 troubleshooting
• Able to identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems
• VPN troubleshooting
• Attention to detail
Not required but a Plus
• A+ Certification (required 90 days after conversion to perm.)
• Blackberry support
• Microsoft Active Directory
