Help Desk Support * 27090
Candidates are required to have previous service desk experience, preferably supporting corporate customers. Strong technical foundation and great customer service skills are required. Familiarity with Windows XP/7 and Microsoft Office 2003/2007 is needed. All candidates will need to pass a technical phone screen prior to face to face interviews. Candidates will need access to a functional computer with working internet access to complete the phone screen. Windows XP or Windows 7 with Internet Explorer is required; Office 2003, 2007 or 2010 is highly recommended for the phone screen.
