We are currently hiring Seasonal Sales Associates to join our team!
The right candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer service and selling skills, be knowledgeable in all product categories, and be ready to assist customers with determining their needs. Our Seasonal Sales Associates are encouraged to foster a collaborative work environment, ensuring a positive internal and external customer experience, and have FUN.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
•Consistently creates a welcoming environment for the customer by greeting and assisting; as well as quickly responding to their inquiries and needs
•Knowledgeable of merchandise and able to make appropriate suggestions to the cusumers
•Ensures that all customers receive good service and quality merchandise
•Identifies opportunities to drive traffic to the events through community events
•Fully understands and can communicate to all interested customers
•Regularly communicates with Managers to keep informed on all sales, promotions, and campaigns
•Maintains open and flexible availability to accommodate campaign and event needs
•Ensures company standards are met for store and associate appearance at all times
•Assists in the maintenance of the store to ensure cleanliness and organization at all times
•Stocks and organizes merchandise as necessary
•Assists in ordering merchandise as directed by Store and/or Assistant Store Managers
•Assists in the execution of the Merchandise Calendar, campaigns, and sales promotions as necessary
•Knowledgeable on all pricing and signage
•Enforce all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security
•Performs any other duties as directed by supervisors
